Welcome to CaptionsForIG. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of captionsforig.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Using our captions

You may copy the captions on the Site and post them on your personal social media accounts, including Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Facebook and X, free of charge. You do not need to credit us, although we appreciate a tag.

You may not:

• copy large parts of the Site, or republish our captions as a collection on another website, app, book or product,
• sell our captions, or use them in paid products, without our written permission, or
• use automated tools (such as scrapers or bots) to collect content from the Site.

2. Our content

The Site’s design, logo, name, text, graphics and collection of captions belong to CaptionsForIG and are protected by copyright and other laws. Apart from the personal use described above, nothing in these Terms gives you ownership of or rights to our content.

3. Caption images

When you use the “Image” feature, the image is created on your own device and may include our web address. You may post these images on your personal social media.

4. Suggestions you send us

If you send us a caption, idea or other suggestion, you confirm that it is your own original work and that you give us permission to use, edit and publish it on the Site without payment or credit.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for anything unlawful,
• try to hack, disrupt or overload the Site, or
• interfere with other people’s use of the Site.

6. Not affiliated with Instagram

CaptionsForIG is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, WhatsApp or any other platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Third-party links and ads

The Site may contain links to other websites and may show advertisements. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of third parties.

8. No warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” for entertainment purposes. We do our best to keep everything accurate, original and available, but we cannot guarantee that the Site will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CaptionsForIG is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, or from how you use any caption after copying it. You are responsible for the content you post on your own accounts.

10. Copyright concerns

If you believe something on the Site uses your work without permission, email [email protected] with the page link and details of your claim, and we will review it promptly.
